Annual commitment payment: You will register for one year of use. But you can choose to pay monthly or pay for the whole year at the time of registration. There is a discount for using this payment option.

Microsoft 365 Enterprise and Office 365 Enterprise plans (including standalone plans such as Exchange Online) and Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise are available for annual commitment payment.

Will Microsoft 365 work when I’m not connected to the Internet?

The Office apps you install on your PC or Mac, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, are available to you when you’re not online.
With OneDrive in Microsoft 365, you get offline accessible file storage when you make changes while offline. That change will be synced to OneDrive and all your devices when you reconnect.
